Promotion Qualification
How do I qualify for this promotion?

There are two steps to qualify for this promotion:

  1. Receive a promotional email or postcard from Kroger outlining the promotion.
  2. Clip and redeem $25 off coupon one time and spend at least $35 in a participating Kroger Delivery city (before taxes and after discounts) between April 2 and June 27, 2024.


After making a qualified purchase and receiving your delivery, you will receive an email 3-5 days later with steps to redeem the Travel Credits. You must be opted in to receive Kroger Specials & Promotions emails in order to receive the email with your promo code. To opt in, visit Kroger.com, log into My Account, select Preferences and turn on “Specials & Promotions” in Email Preferences.

How old do I have to be to qualify for Travel Credits?

You must be 18 years or older to qualify for the Travel Credits.

When do I have to purchase in order to qualify?

The promotional period is from April 2, 2024 to June 27, 2024

How many times can I participate in this promotion?

You may participate in the promotion once. There is a limit of one (1) reward per person during the promotional period from April 2, 2024 to June 27, 2024. TLC reserves the right to deny all rewards from all submissions.

Are there any restrictions for this promotion?

Must be 18 years or older. Must receive a promotional email or postcard from Kroger.  After receiving promotional email or postcard, must participate in Kroger’s $25 off first 2 Kroger Delivery Orders ($35 minimum order before taxes and after discounts) promotion at participating Kroger Delivery locations between April 2, 2024 and June 27, 2024.  Travel Reward valid until June 27, 2025. Valid in the U.S. only.  One (1) reward/redemption per customer. Valid credit card required to redeem Travel Reward. Travel Reward has no cash value and is non-transferrable. Full value of the reward may not be able to be applied in one transaction. Travel Reward has its own Terms and Conditions you must agree to before using the reward. Kroger Terms and Conditions apply. Void where prohibited.

What are the Travel Credits?

Qualifying customers in this promotion will receive access to:

  • One (1) $100 Travel Credits Powered By Expedia. 
    • Please note the full value may not all be used at once; it is dependent on number of nights and availability.  However, if you do not use the full value in one transaction, you may use the remaining value on as many transactions as it takes to deplete the remainder of the $100 Travel Credits.
    • Travel Credits can be used on hotel stays available through Travel Credits website (en-us.travelcredits.com)
How do I redeem my Travel Credits?

If your purchase qualifies by hitting the $35 minimum order and delivering by June 27,2024, you will receive an email from Kroger with directions on how to redeem your $100 Travel Credits via the Travel Credits Powered by Expedia site. Your email will include the site link with your Unique Code and Pin. 


Please note, you must create a Kroger Digital Account (if you don’t already have one) and be opted in to receive Specials & Promotions emails from Kroger Delivery in order to receive $100 Travel Credits. To opt in, visit Kroger.com, log into My Account, Preferences and turn on “Specials and Promotions” in Email Preferences.


You may redeem your Travel Credits within 3 months of the campaign end date. Please note your full credit may not apply to one booking; remaining credits can be used toward other bookings. You must book your travel within 12 months, no later than September 27, 2025.

When do I receive my Travel Credits code?

You will receive an email from Kroger within 3-5 days after receiving your delivery. 

I never received my Reward code.

Check your spam folder! This is the most common reason people cannot find their reward codes.

How long will my Rewards be valid?

The Travel Credits will be valid until 11:59 PM ET on September 27, 2025, but must be redeemed no later than September 27, 2024.

What is Travel Credits and what is the relationship with Expedia?

Travel Credits is an online booking platform where you can redeem Travel Credits in return for a hotel stay. The hotels available on Travel Credits are powered by Expedia.

Where will I find my Unique Code and Pin to access my Travel Credits?  

Your Unique Code and Pin can be found in the email you have received from Kroger after qualifying for the reward. Please note, you must create a Kroger Digital Account (if you don’t already have one) and be opted in to receive Specials & Promotions emails from Kroger Delivery in order to receive $100 Travel Credits. To opt in, visit Kroger.com, log into My Account, select Preferences and turn on “Specials and Promotions” in Email Preferences.

How long does the promotion run for?

The promotion runs between April 2, 2024  June 27, 2024.

Can multiple Travel Credits rewards be claimed in the same travel booking?   

Unfortunately, no. Multiple Travel Credits Rewards cannot be claimed in the same travel booking.  

How do I use my travel credit?  
  • Access the website en-us.travelcredits.com after receiving your promotional Unique Code and Pin. 
  • Enter your Username and Pin number to access the site, where you will be able to view the list of hotels available. 
  • In the event that the credit does not cover the total value of the hotel stay, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
  • Once you have selected the hotel of your choice, confirm your details and automatically receive an email booking confirmation. 
  • If you cannot not use the full value of the Travel Credits in one transaction, you may continue to use the Unique Code and Pin to get discounts on subsequent hotel bookings until the full value of the credit is expended.
How do I know my hotel booking has been confirmed.  

Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive a booking confirmation from Travel Credits to the email used to book your hotel stay.

Can I use my credit with another promotional discount?  

Unfortunately, no. You’re unable to use your credit in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

Can I use my credit direct with Expedia?  

Unfortunately, no. Your hotel credit must be used on the Travel Credits website.

Can I get a refund on my hotel credit if I do not use them?  

Unfortunately, no. Travel Credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What do I do if I'm having issues booking my hotel or using my credit?  

Get in touch with us at customerservice_usa@travelcredits.com with any issues you run into.

Can I amend/cancel my booking if made using a credit?  

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent in writing, by email to customerservice_usa@travelcredits.com and will take effect at the time we receive it. Please note that our customer service team operates 09:00am - 5:00pm EST weekdays only.

What happens if I have not used my credit or have some credits remaining after September 27, 2024?  

Your credit is valid for activation until September 27, 2024.  If you try to activate your Travel Credit after this date, your username and pin will be invalid.


You will have until September 27, 2025 to use your credits in multiple bookings.


Do I have to provide credit card information to use the Travel Code?

Yes. All customers must supply a valid form of payment (and have the authority to use it) when making a reservation and taking advantage of this Perk.
